Umbrella when its light rain. Raincoat if its pouring + umbrella.

I use an umbrella. I definately like to be protected. A raincoat is to much though. You have to enjoy the rain a little bit!!!

I don't use anything unless it is cold, then I just use my duster. But usually I don't use anything. I grew up on the coast and love the rain. It even makes your hair feel really smooth and soft.
